This past Thursday evening, the Children’s Museum in Oak Lawn held their Book Fair event at the Barnes and Noble Book Store in Southwest Suburban Orland Park.

This fundraising event attracted approximately 200 museum members and guests who enjoyed activities including arts and crafts, cup cake decorating and storytelling.

The Easter bunny was also on hand for photos with the children and their families.

“As a non-profit organization, the Children’s Museum in Oak Lawn appreciates our for-profit partners, like Barnes & Noble, who help support and fund our mission: to positively impact a child’s potential in life through play-based education” said Adam Woodworth, Executive Director of the museum.
